Every day there is a new gym or a new machine or a new so-called fitness guru promoting a new approach to exercise that is soooooo much better than all others. like many new ideas in the area of health and human performance, there’s not lotta evidence to support many of these “new ideas.” I have always been a big fan of exercise that doesn’t require going to the gym, buying equipment, or becoming indoctrinated into a school of thought. So, push-ups have been a mainstay of mine for many years. The LiveStrong 30 day push-up challenge just came to an end. However, the intent was to develop healthy habits one maintains forever.
